Overview | Project 1
As part of my internship at SambaNova Systems, I redesigned the login screen for SambaStudio—an AI platform used by enterprise clients. The goal was to streamline user entry while aligning with SambaNova’s design system. I focused on clarity, accessibility, and consistency, ensuring the experience felt secure, fast, and on-brand from the very first interaction.
The Problem
Redesign the original login screen, as it is outdate using there old design systems.
Research
I reviewed current UI patterns and compared login flows across platforms to understand what works best in terms of clarity and usability.
Pain Points
• Blue Palette is not dark and light mode compatible. • Old Icon set. • Art has zero relationship to the company or the program • Ul hierarchy, could be better with more options.
Target Audience
The target user for is enterprise professionals, including decision-makers, developers, and AI engineers, seeking scalable, efficient AI solutions for advanced cloud and hardware platforms.
Progress
Final Login Screen
This is the final version. The theme was inspired by the incredible power of SambaNova’s servers. I wanted to convey that power through interactive elements, like lights that shine through server racks when hovered, brightness changes in dark mode, and electricity flowing down power lines. My superiors were pleased with the result. From a simple login page to something that went through so many iterations, I pushed for a design that truly represented the company’s capabilities.
